Site Manager

Responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the car wash.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Computer/administrative work: daily, weekly, and monthly reports and emails
  • Assuring excellent customer experience for every customer at every opportunity
  • Demonstrating responsibility in being punctual and on time
  • Fulfilling daily, weekly, and monthly report responsibilities
  • Personally handling customer complaints or issues
  • Training site personnel
  • Ensuring smooth operations at the car wash
  • Managing inventory/ordering
  • Depositing daily bank deposits
  • Supervising and ensuring upkeep of the premises
  • Scheduling personnel in a profitable manner
  • Fostering a team environment and demonstrating team leadership

Assistant Site Manager

Train for the responsibility of daily operations and business profitability.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Computer/administrative work: daily, weekly, and monthly reports and emails
  • Assuring excellent customer experience for every customer at every opportunity
  • Demonstrating responsibility in being punctual and on time
  • Fulfilling daily, weekly, and monthly report responsibilities
  • Ensuring smooth operations at the car wash
  • Managing inventory/ordering with Site Manager
  • Supervising and ensuring upkeep of the premises
  • Fostering a team environment and demonstrating team leadership

LOT ATTENDANT

Expected to help in production areas. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Loading and prepping vehicles for the car wash, making safety a number one priority
  • Helping maintain equipment and the facility; assisting the management team
  • Maintaining image and cleanliness standards
  • Assisting with curbside advertising and greeting of customers
The ideal candidate may not necessarily have any industry-specific experience, but s/he will possess the ability to perform manual labor tasks in a fast-paced environment with a great attitude and have a desire to grow as an individual in the company. After the 90-day probationary period, lot attendants will be eligible for review for a Manager In Training opportunity.
