Site Manager
Responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the car wash.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Computer/administrative work: daily, weekly, and monthly reports and emails
Assuring excellent customer experience for every customer at every opportunity
Demonstrating responsibility in being punctual and on time
Fulfilling daily, weekly, and monthly report responsibilities
Personally handling customer complaints or issues
Training site personnel
Ensuring smooth operations at the car wash
Managing inventory/ordering
Depositing daily bank deposits
Supervising and ensuring upkeep of the premises
Scheduling personnel in a profitable manner
Fostering a team environment and demonstrating team leadership
Assistant Site Manager
Train for the responsibility of daily operations and business profitability. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Computer/administrative work: daily, weekly, and monthly reports and emails
Assuring excellent customer experience for every customer at every opportunity
Demonstrating responsibility in being punctual and on time
Fulfilling daily, weekly, and monthly report responsibilities
Ensuring smooth operations at the car wash
Managing inventory/ordering with Site Manager
Supervising and ensuring upkeep of the premises
Fostering a team environment and demonstrating team leadership
LOT ATTENDANT
Expected to help in production areas. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Loading and prepping vehicles for the car wash, making safety a number one priority
Helping maintain equipment and the facility; assisting the management team
Maintaining image and cleanliness standards
Assisting with curbside advertising and greeting of customers
The ideal candidate may not necessarily have any industry-specific experience, but s/he will possess the ability to perform manual labor tasks in a fast-paced environment with a great attitude and have a desire to grow as an individual in the company.
After the 90 day probationary period, lot attendants will be eligible for review for a Manager In Training opportunity.
